Musical theater lovers may cry foul at the changes from the stage show, but for everyone else, “Into the Woods” is a clever and fun musical fairy tale romp.
“Birdman” should be seen by any and everyone who says they enjoy movies, because whether you love it or hate it, it will get under your skin, burn itself into your memory, and demand an emotional, visceral response, as all true art in any medium does.
Though it has some clever moments, “And So It Goes” is neither wickedly nasty enough nor sweet and romantic enough to leave any sort of lasting impression.
